I often get the question, "so, then what DO you eat?”
Well, I get that question a lot because most people can’t imagine a life without wheat. When I was first diagnosed, it was very hard for me to adjust. Look on the positive side, I told myself, instead of thinking about what you can’t eat, focus what you can eat. Lots of things are naturally GF(gluten free), so you can eat most of your favorite meats, fruits, and veggies. I enjoy eating steak, fried catfish, and blackberries. Almost anything can be cooked GF. In futurepPosts, I will share more of my favorite foods, recipes, and resturants.
